Ameera Kassem am a Medical Laboratory and Blood Bank Specialist with more than 13 years of experience in clinical laboratory medicine and transfusion services of blood banking . Am hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Medical Sciences (Medical Laboratory Technology) from Misr University for Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Histochemistry and Cell Biology from the Medical Research Institute, Alexandria University. My master’s research focused on molecular biomarkers in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), integrating Histochemistry and molecular diagnostics.

Throughout my career, i worked in several hospitals and medical laboratories across Egypt, Am currently serves as a Blood Bank Specialist at Benha Health Insurance Hospital, and participated in GAHAR strategies in blood banking of the hospital and the quality committee in blood bank
Also has participated in the implementation of the Egyptian National Healthcare Standards and also contributed to clinical research in genetics and molecular pathology. My master research has been published in Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio), reflecting her commitment to advancing laboratory medicine through scientific investigation.
